These terms apply to access to and use of Football Studio, a service operated by Bux Create. By purchasing, accessing or using Football Studio on behalf of a club or organisation, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
1. The service
Football Studio provides online tools for football clubs, including fixture management, club workspaces, branded graphics, media and related features. Features vary by plan and may be added, changed or improved over time.
2. Plans and pricing
Football Studio may offer Starter, Pro and bespoke or Custom Club arrangements. The features included in each plan are those described when the plan is ordered. Prices displayed by Football Studio are stated in pounds sterling unless indicated otherwise. Any applicable taxes will be handled as required by law.
3. Subscriptions, payment and cancellation
Where a plan is sold as a recurring subscription, charges are due for each billing period until the subscription is cancelled. The applicable billing period, price and any minimum commitment will be made clear before an order is accepted. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund for a billing period already started unless required by law or expressly agreed by Bux Create.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials confidential and promptly tell us if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity carried out through accounts authorised for your club or organisation.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Football Studio unlawfully; attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data; interfere with the operation or security of the service; upload malicious code; use the service to infringe another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other rights; or use Football Studio to create or distribute unlawful, abusive or deliberately harmful material.
6. Club content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of club logos, photographs, graphics, text and other content that you own and upload to Football Studio. You grant Bux Create a non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, resize, render and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support and improve the Football Studio service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content.
7. Player data, photographs and children
If you add players, staff or other individuals to Football Studio, your club is responsible for ensuring that the information is used lawfully, that only information necessary for your purposes is entered, and that required privacy information or permissions have been provided or obtained. This is especially important for children and youth players. You must not use Football Studio to store unnecessary sensitive information. Where Bux Create processes this personal data on your club’s behalf, the Data Processing Agreement applies.
8. Football Studio intellectual property
Football Studio, its software, interface, system design, branding, platform assets and original templates remain the property of Bux Create or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your club or organisation during the subscription. It does not transfer ownership of the Football Studio platform or source code.
9. Generated graphics
You may use and publish graphics exported from Football Studio for your club’s legitimate media, promotional and football-related activities, subject to any rights belonging to third parties in logos, photographs, fonts or other supplied material. Starter outputs may include Football Studio branding as part of the plan. Where a Pro or other eligible plan provides a branding-removal feature, that branding may be removed using the controls provided by the service.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Football Studio available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, security work, hosting incidents and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect availability. We may modify features where reasonably necessary to maintain, secure or develop the service.
11. Data and account closure
You are responsible for keeping copies of material you need outside Football Studio. Following cancellation or account closure, access may end and account data may later be deleted in line with our retention practices and legal obligations. If you need an export of available club data, contact us before closure.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious or repeated breach of these terms, unlawful use, or to protect Football Studio or other users. Where appropriate, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, Football Studio is a business productivity and media tool and Bux Create is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. You remain responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of fixtures, scores, names, graphics and other material before publication.
14. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Where we process club personal data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms. Information about browser storage is in the Cookie Policy.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to Football Studio, our business or applicable law. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Scottish courts will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives a customer a mandatory right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
